1. Prohibited Uses

Comments and other user contributions on the Site are not actively moderated before or after publication. We are under no obligation to review, monitor or moderate any content posted by users, and we exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for loss or damage arising from content posted by users of the Site.

If you come across content that you believe breaches this policy, please report it to admin@blacmex.uk and we will consider what action, if any, is appropriate, which may include removing the content.

Children should always be supervised when using any interactive features of the Site.

4. Breach of This Policy

If you breach this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, which may include immediately suspending, withdrawing or restricting your access to the Site, issuing a warning, removing content you have posted, and/or taking legal action against you. Any such breach will also be treated as a breach of our Website Terms of Use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a breach of this policy, whether caused by you or by any other user.
